How your data is used
How Mivolti stores learning materials and organises lessons.

Enquiries
The contact form stores your name, email, time zone, message and chosen contact method. The platform owner can access enquiries to respond. Do not include identity documents, card details or unnecessary personal information.
Teacher and student workspaces
Email sign-in uses an email address and password. Passwords are stored only as cryptographic hashes with an individual salt. The platform stores email, verification status, name and a protected session. Password recovery uses an email link that expires in 30 minutes; previous sessions end after resetting the password. Until email ownership is verified, access to materials assigned to that address and administrator rights is unavailable. When signing in with Google or Apple, the platform receives your identifier, email and available name, never the external account password. Unconnected methods are unavailable. Teachers create their own workspace and add students by email. Materials, answers, messages, files and boards are stored for learning. Private notes, student dossiers and exercise solutions are visible only to the teacher. Teachers choose which profile fields, goals and notes to use and should enter only information needed for lessons. Assigned students can access their boards and slides; teachers control editing permission. Downloaded dossiers are stored on your device.
Storage and access
The site uses Sites and Cloudflare D1/R2 storage. Each teacher sees their own workspace and students. Students can access their assigned materials and lessons. File access is checked on download; files are not published in an open library. The platform owner can see teachers’ names, emails, subjects and access expiry dates to manage subscriptions.
Video call
Camera, microphone and screen sharing activate only through your action and browser permission. The platform does not record calls. Participants exchange connection data through the server to establish a call; this may include network addresses. Audio and video use WebRTC between participants. Google STUN helps establish connections; if a relay server is configured, media may pass through it. Availability depends on participants’ browsers and networks.
Calendar subscription
Calendar subscription is off by default. At your request, a private link is created so a calendar can read your schedule without signing in. Only a hash of the link token is stored in the database. Anyone with the link can also read lesson dates and times; do not publish it. Titles are shared only with your consent. Emails, notes, homework, profiles and meeting links are not shared in the calendar. You can replace or revoke the link in Schedule. Copies held by your calendar provider follow its rules.
External materials and payments
Emails, preferences and invitations
Your account stores your language, time zone and email consent. News and reminders are separate opt-ins, both off by default. Unsubscribe in settings or via the email link. When delivery is enabled, your email address and message content are sent to Resend. Consent history, sending status and referral rewards are stored. Support requests and replies are visible to you and the platform owner.
Blog and newsletter images
Images uploaded by the owner to the blog or newsletter editor are public so readers and email apps can display them. Do not upload private student materials. Learning files are stored separately with access checks.
Teaching material generation
Teachers can choose to generate learning material. After separate consent, only the description entered in the form is sent to OpenAI: subject, topic, level, goal and preferences. Learner profiles, answers, contacts and files are not attached. Do not enter personal data in the prompt. The teacher reviews the result before saving; it is never automatically assigned. A parameter hash, result and usage counters are stored to handle duplicate requests. Generated results are removed after 30 days when the generator is next used. Technical usage records are retained for 32 days to account for monthly limits; saved lessons remain in the library. Provider processing is governed by OpenAI terms.
Correction and deletion
Contact your teacher about learning data. To delete your account or contact the owner, use the contact form. Automatic deletion after a fixed period is not yet configured. Promotional emails are sent only with your consent.
Younger students
Organisational matters are agreed with a parent or representative. The sign-in service account must comply with that service’s age restrictions.
