Using Mivolti
Mivolti is a workspace for teachers of different subjects and their students.
Access
Each teacher works in a separate workspace. Students sign in using the email their teacher entered in their profile. Do not share access with others. If a student is too young to use the sign-in service, access must be arranged with a parent in accordance with that service’s terms.
Teacher subscription
Student access is free. New teachers receive one 30-day trial without a card. No automatic charge follows it; an active access period is needed to continue teaching. Prices and limits are on the pricing page and confirmed before payment.
Ruble orders are governed by the public offer and refund policy, accepted separately before payment. Payments become available only after setup and verification; the trial creates no obligation to pay. International Stripe subscriptions require separate seller and contract preparation. Materials and video calls
Upload only materials you are entitled to use. Call video and audio are transmitted between participants; call recording is unavailable on the platform. The site cannot block device screen recording or external cameras. Users choose their camera, microphone and screen-sharing permissions. Connection quality depends on the browser and network.
Calendar
Calendar subscription is optional and shares lesson dates and times with your chosen calendar app. Titles are shared only when enabled. The platform does not read your personal calendar events. Updates may be delayed according to the calendar provider. Revoke the link in Schedule; delete any previously saved events in the calendar app yourself.
Saving your work
The class text board, object movements and drawings save automatically. In object properties, choose Apply after changing text, colour or size. In student profiles, the lesson editor and homework, use Save. If your connection is lost, keep any unsaved text until it returns.
Referral programme
Your personal code gives a new teacher 20% off the first payment. Once that payment is confirmed, you receive 20% off your next payment. Discounts do not stack; each reward applies to one payment. Self-referrals are not allowed. An unused reward is revoked if your friend’s payment is refunded. Students have free access and can share their code with a teacher.
